Poor srvice from the netwwork Cell C

I requested an agent to re-arrange my debit order date since last week and even today its not fixed, I called today and I was told that they don't have time to fix it and the agent dropped the call on me, they didn't even bother too try to me back and this has really been happening most of the time, I regret changing network and I don't see myself being with them anymore
