International Roaming in Chile

Before I left for Chile on 12 April I call the call center to confirm I had roaming and they advised me it was active on my account. It picks up the networks movistar, entel, claro and one or two others, but it always shows SOS for network coverage.

Also how do I change the host routing table if it only shows SOS??

I'm using blackberry 9360
