Our Telkom line has been down for the almost three weeks! We reported it and it took a week for someone to come and look at the line, and then he told us its an underground cable problem. For the last two weeks we have been waiting for someone to fix the line. We have no telephone and no wi-fi, which makes running a home business a huge problem!
When trying to query the status of the problem, we just get told it will be escalated.
