BLACKBERRY WITH BIS BUT STILL CHARGED FOR DATA

I TOOK OUT A BB SPECIFICALLY SO THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR INTERNET, SINCE I HAVE BIS. NOW I HAVE A R900-ODD ACCOUNT AND NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THAT HAPPENED. BOTH MY WIFE AND I HAVE CELL C CONTRACTS WHICH WE ARE GOING TO CANCEL AS SOON AS WE CAN. MY WIFE DUE FOR AN UPGRADE, BUT SHE WILL BE PORTING AWAY. PHONED LAST NIGHT 5 TIMES AFTER BEING CUT OFF AND HAD TO EXPLAIN MY STORY 5 TIMES!!! RIP OFF MY MONEY AND NO ONE CARES OR EVEN TRIES TO HELP. ALL THEY TRY AND DO IS TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN. NON EXISTANT SERVICE!!!
