As per my numerous calls, emails, website and store visits for a few months - please could you correct the error you made? I renewed my 3G data bundle in Nov 2012 that was previously shown on my same statement with my cell phone account - 0826551948 - and these amounts were taken off as one debit order and was listed as Discovery Vitality. Since the upgrade you have separated the 2 accounts and the debit order for the data goes off separately.
Please join these again so that the cell and data go off as one debit order, I still get one statement and you ensure the transaction says Discovery Vitality. Then please ensure Discovery give me my discounts that I have not received for data since Nov as this was your error, not mine. How can you change the debit order when all I did was upgrade.
I qualify for Discovery Vitality as I renewed this in 2012.
