The only reason I'm with Autopage is because of the special Vitality offer, so when I was recently forced by Discovery to change my credit card to a chip & pin - I did not expect to lose my cellular service. When my new credit card was issued Discovery did not update Autopage and my Jan billing was rejected. Autopage suspended my service and upon enquiring I was told that they could not do a re-debit to the new details but they could debit my cheque account and that my service will be resumed. It's now the next day and I still don't have service - I run a business and really cannot afford to be without a phone.
Discovery if you want to have a whole lot of hyped Vitality offers - please make sure that the customer does not have to endure bad service to get it
