Autopage Galleria refusing to acknowledge and send phone to be repaired
A blackberry curve which is 3 month olds, does have scratches on the phone, the person was told that they can't fix it and they must pay an external person to do so. At the time the phone was being used and was not dropped. Suddenly stopped working, I am the 3rd party who witnessed this and willing to sign Affidavit to that affect. The woman in question was bellittled by staff and told to go.
I believe this is contrary to consumer act as what has happened to the phone is a known blackberry fault. IE Not switching on. A concern is also unwilling to uphold a warranty maked me questions if possibly these are grey imports.
The mobile number of the person is attached and her name is audrey. I am lodging this on her behalf.
