Offensive little piece of technology

My family and I have had cell phone contracts with Attech for years. I was due for an upgrade in February 2013 and decided on a Blackberry Curve. This offensive little piece of technology has today decided to stop working for the third time. I sent the phone in for repairs, in 4 days it was back, with a guarantee from the staff that the phone was fixed and that the problem would NOT be reoccurring. One week later, the exact same problem returned, I once again took the phone back and demanded a new one as there was CLEARLY a fault with the phone which was not repaired. I was told this was not their policy and my phone would once again be sent for repairs. I took it in on the 16th of September, and on the 20 of November I called to find out if the phone had been sent back to China for repairs as i had still heard no word from the staff at Altech Galleria. I was told I had apparently been called to collect my phone, but when the friendly staff member read the number they called me on, it did not belong to me. The phone has now decided to switch off again. Should I be inconvenienced for another month as a sales rep on the road without a phone? I think not. Sort it out Altech.
