I recently upgraded to the BB Z10 (less than a month ago) and my camera is broken. i have spent the last 2 weeks between stores, and call centres and have got no where.
Yesterday i phone Technical Support/Repairs. They reverted me back to MTN Direct who i did my upgrade through, they then said to me i need to go into a store.
Living in the small town of Klerksdrop (2hours drive from johannesbuurg) we only have 3 stores. I went to all 3 and they refused to be of assistance and referred me back to MTN DIRECT! I then phoned MTN Direct AGAIN and they said i would need to go to my nearest SERVICE centre, which is in Potchefstroom, so that the technician can my problem and sort it out. I specially travel to potchefstroom today to have this sorted. on arrival, they consultants inform me that they are NOT a service centre and do not have a technician, but that KLERKSDORP is a service centre. I sat for 2 hours in the potchefstrrom branch trying to sort this out on the phone with MTN direct! This is a technical fault, not a user fault and yet i now have to pay R130 for a sim swap as a micro sim does not work in all phones, let alone my travelling costs and my CAMERA IS STILL BROKEN
