I have recently upgraded my contract and got the Blackberry Z10... however the micro sim i received is inactive and upon calling the customer service they informed me that the sales consultant i spoke to did not do a sim swap and was told to go to the mtn store... please can this be sorted as the main reason why i purchased the phone from mtn direct in the first place was the fact that i was avoiding the inconvenience of having to go a mtn store in the first place.
