My telkom line has been out of order for a while now. I have called the call centre twice and being told i need to wait because there is NO TURN AROUND TIME FOR TECHNICIANS. Apparently according to Akona a very well bad attitude equipment agent at your call centre Telkom has not turn around time. This type of service is unacceptable. She refused to get a manager on the line. This is disgusting to the max and further i will still be charged rental for telkoms lack of service. call me on 0723447756 as my land line doesnt work.
