Who do you call???

I was a happy cell c customer for 10 years, using the SAME billing info for the entire period.
In Dec 2010, I receive an SMS saying that my contract is in arrears and that to avoid my service being suspended I must make payment ASAP. I immediately call and speak to an agent, who assures me that due to so e systems error or the other I received this MSG by mistake...
4 months later I attempt to make a call and find that my phone does not work. I can not even call their contact centre. I went to a local outlet where they attempted putting my SIM card into another phone, no luck.
I bought another cell c SIM card to be able to contact their service centre. I was informed that they can not see my information, I don't exist!!! After 10 yrs I don't exist. I was given a number to call, no answ.
Eventually I was informed that my contracts was cancelled and that I now owe them R 2000 for the cancelled contract, and owing money from dec... How did this happen?
I repeatedly tried to get some resolution with no luck, no one ever called me back. Now 2 yrs later the debt appears to have been sold, and the whole saga just started over. Cell c the most incompetent lot ever.
