I'm not able to use the mtn active service at all. When I log on, it says "processing": whereafter is just go back to the same login screen. I've tried different internet connections, even my bb internet service on MTN does the same. Your call centre adviced me that resetting my password should solve the problem - guess thats a easy way to get rid of people complaining for a day or two - I didthe reset and STILL the same problem.
By the way the link on your login screen to FAQ is invalid.
