Asking more than i should pay

I have a contact with Autopage in Brooklyn, that is supposed to be R199 per month for 24 months. Since January 2013 I am paying R208.49 on my contract, and the worst is they can't help me if I cant give them a statement, I changed my address last year in February 2012 when we moved and never received an invoice at my new address because they typed it wrong on their system now it is my fault I gave it to them again and guess what I still ain't receiving a statement!!! I don''t know why I am paying more then I should, I want this fixed or else there will be problems. WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE, IF MY CONTRACT IS R199 PER MONTH AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY LETTER OR ANYTHING TO SAY WHY I SHOULD PAY MORE.
