VERY BAD TURNED TO WORSE

Paying for something that does not work. for the past year now i have been struggling with cell c to get decent signal and network connections. at this moment i cannot even check my balance because there is once again a connection problem. i had three contracts with cell c. i am now down to my last one unfortunately i still have a couple of months left being stuck with them. cant you just terminate the contract and let me move on to a better service provider? i will even give the phone back. why do i have to go through this aggravation everyday and then still pay for it? cell c is supposed to provide me with a service unfortunately there is none. the connection is so slow not even watsapp would work properly, and this is on a samsung galaxy s2. people might be fooled once but i bet they don't stick around to upgrade at the end of the term. when paying for a service you expect something in return, and that is where you guys are falling behind.
