I applied last year May/ June for contract, all well until 3 months down the line, it goes it to repairs it came back tow weeks later. Then went back into repairs 3 months later again. And now the 21 April the went into repairs again since then i have gotten no feedback from the store neither the repair centre. nobody can tell me anything but that it is with the 'authorised repair centre'. All i wanted to know is why it is there for so long. I have tried getting through to the call centre, and nobody can help me. i refuse to pay something when i have not got it and no feedback has been given.
the service I have received is appalling.
