Still no resolution

I laid a complaint with you about a call logged with Telkom on 26th Oct. about a dead line. Eventually I had a call to say it was fixed, but I could hardly hear the guy due to the crackle and noise on the line, which he could also hear. He said he would see to it, but as expected nothing happened. I logged a fault again 6 days ago, number 211CRZ161113, which today is still open, nothing having been done. I can get no sense from this excuse of an organization and am at my wits end. The infuriating thing about the whole incident was that I was told by the person calling, that a Telkom technician had incorrectly disconnected my line, which should never have happened, but despite them causing unnecessary aggravation, no-one takes responsibility for fixing the -up. What a mob. Between Telkom and Eskom, they are doing their best to ensure that this country's economy goes down the tubes and we end up as a banana republic of note. They are all seriously incompetent and the really sad thing is, that they don't know that they don't know.
