New line Opperator assistance

Applied for a Telkom telephone line to the address that I am currently residing at.
upon my request it has been stated that the location of my address can not be found on their system. on the plot there has previously been a telkom line that was used. I have tried to sort this out with the operators to which I am still waiting for feedback. this problem now seems that it cannot be resolved for some reason, and no one seems to be compliant enough to help me find an alternative method of addressing my location to their system.
