Feedback "Fault in hand with technical division" on 9/11/2013
Since then client has recieved no feedback.
Today 21/11/2013 client called 2010 was informed that there is a branch on the line at an undisclosed location and the owner of the property refuses to remove the branch.

Telkom cannot give date when branch will be removed.

Branch on line must be the most common line fault but Telkom cannot resolve? Client has not been informed of this till 22/11/2013. If given the location the client could even negotiate to remove the branch. But Telkom will not reveal the location.

Telkom must have wayleave for the line, they must have right to remove the branch.

Thia client uses ADSL for part time business, uses line for home security system.
