I cancelled my account in December 2012. I was informed of my balance and paid it over. In February Mweb started to direct debit my account for arrears services for excess used, even though in December I didnt even reach my usage. I suspended my account as it hit the wifi cap. I had already paid my November usage. I reversed the debit order and was told its all okay I owe nothing. In march I was told I owe for excess usage, so I have paid this amount and now I am being served a letter of demand as I failed to pay my suspended, not cancelled, suspended account.

The billing department at MWEB is useless!!! I have all proof of payments and now my mom has no internet coverage because the sea cable is down for 2 weeks. If the entire country was on MWEB I do not think we would have an economy left!!!
