No Customer focus or Retention

I have been a customer of Nashua Mobile for 8yrs, and every year when it comes to upgrading my contract I always have issues with the upgrade department.
I spend 10's of 1000 of Rand every year.and they are not prepared to move on anything. I don't see the value that you receive from Nashua Mobile. When questioned about the value they cant provide you with any benefits

I want to go to a Red contract and they are not prepared to do anything on devices.
