I ordered a new phone on a 24 month contract, since then I have not heard from cell c while I am desperately waiting for my phone. Attempts to contact the call centre go unanswered, for a week now. I hold on and listen to "we value your call" nonsense until the line cuts off.
I am tempted to cut my losses and cancel my new contract and go to a competitor where I MIT pay a bit more, but for better quality service.
If I don't hear back by tomorrow (Monday) I have to make another plan about my new phone and contract. My wife is in the same situation...
