I am wring a compliant on a website that is slow to load. In fact my whole internet service is SLOW.
I called my ISP Mweb and a recorded voice explained that there were an underwater break near Egypt and that they will hopefully fix this in 24 hours.
Three days later I phoned their support line. The line is so bad that I can't make out the recorded voice today and nobody is answering.
I am running a business. I can't excess my e-mails or any other service. I want discount on my next bill. I want to be rewarded. I am loosing business as we speak. I am loosing MONEY!! It should be their highest priority to fix my broadband!
Switching from one ISP to another is easy, don't let me fill in those forms.!!
