We as a business have upgraded out telephone line from meg to 10meg, then we upgraded our mweb account to be the same. the problem is now the line is a constant issue and the connection is dropping constantly, we have been phoning and complaining, then have the line dropped, then have the line reconnected, and this is no way to try and run a support company to support any client, this an impossible mission. We have been dealing with the supervisors at Mweb, to sort the problem but this is getting worse now and this is happening for the past 3 months.
