Since 2008 I have reported bad or no signal on my cell phone as well as internet connection. During January 2013 I reported the same again, in February the technical dept. promised to investigate. I were contacted with the promise that the technical department will visit the premises to establish what the problem is. They then called me and said the Technicians cannot find the premises, I told them they must phone me and I will then meet them on the road to take them to the premises. On 13 March a person from Vodacom phoned me and said they found the problem. Apparently some vadalism took place. I told them they are lying as this problem exists from 2008 and it is unacceptable for me that they take so long to repair damages. Nobody called me to be met along the road. Today 24 March at 16:14 I called again, only response We will look into the matter. My money is good enough but their service does not meet the value of my money I pay every month.
