Good day

I cannot begin to describe the service i have received from Mtn it is so dissapointing that my phone (Blackberry 9810 IMEI 357696040522058) has a software problem. From the 04th of December 2012 ive been in contact with 808 i was advised to take it to the nearest Mtn store with a proof of purchase which i only realised on the 5th December that i could not find the copy. Then i contacted 808 again to explain and was advised that a copy will be forwarded to me via email within 24hrs of my call, after 48hours with no response i took it upon myself to call them back and find out the reason why the copy was not sent to me as promised. Spoke to numerous agents with no references of the call the only thing i got was a promise to be called back with the explaination then i decided to record the names of theagents i spoke to there after.

This is where my night mare began

I spoke to Phindile Buthelezi and explained what was my problem and she was unable to assist me or should i say she had no idea of what she was doing then i requested to speak to her manager by the name of (Senlot Nkiwani) she told me that her manager was busy on the other line was promised a call back from h
