My contract came to an end and decided to cancel it and Tessie told to come on the 29 of November 2012 I went there on that date filled the form and ask for copy of the form which I still have with me. I went the following day to check it on the 30 November but only to find that she didn't to anything I felt the form again which I have a copy of it. 21 December 2012 I decided to check if my account was cancelled only to find that she didn't do anything on their system, then the manager told Lerato to cancel it for me so I filled the form again and asked for the copy which also I still have the manager D-j Mopabane told me that he will speak with Tessie cause she the one who have to refund me the money they already deducted on my bank account and told they will contact as soon as possible. I went to their shop again on the 28 of December 2012 and find Tessie was not at work but the manager told me he already spoke to her but since she was not at work they will contact me. Which he didn't do till today the 15 January 2013 I phoned him then he told me that I must write email
