Contract on 8.Ta but no Network coverages

I have an 8.ta contract and the bill me R390 each month but I hardly use the phonce because there is no network covarage. I have been to Pietermaritzburg and Upington of whcih I though these are huge cities but to my surprize I had no coverage. I get coverage of 8.ta in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria. The rst of the time there is no coverage.
I feel cheated because I pay the contract mount but the service is non-existent.
*.ta should do something urgently or find means to bill contract customers accordingly
