Paying for nothing at all

I first agreed to the flexicell airtime bundle a few years back and they deducted from my account, but i never received any airtime. After a few months the debit orders stopped and i forgot about it. But they started deducting money from my account again recently (twice in one month!!!)and still no airtime is coming through. What the is going on? Neal
