I contacted 8ta when my data/internet service was down for 2 days, they asked me a lot of questions, but nothing much happened yet. Now the service has been down for almost 4 days, they give me a call to ask if a technician can come on Monday to look at the problem. My Vodacom data service has never been down for more than half an hour? I have urgent work to do via the internet over the weekend, but am not able to due to the network downtime.
