I want to make a complaint against Vodacom. Besides experiencing frequent bad connections and dropped calls. All of sudden today I get a message telling me that my data has expired. I put on a 500MB promotional data bundle so that is not possible. As all the phone has been used for is checking mail. I am not the only one a friend of mine also put on a 500MB data bundle and was all of sudden told that there was no data, again also with little downloading on her part. Something funny is going on here and I find this service completely unacceptable and demand an investigation to determine what is going on. Vodacom if you want to lose customers keep going on as service like this is completely unacceptable.
