I resisigned my contract for my phone and my daughters phone, both took blackeberrys, at no stage we were told that the blackberry system had changed! we were told sign here, sign there intial here initial there and now i my daughter gets an sms to say she has used 50% of her usage, wheras before she had free access. it may have been in the paper, on the internet but i received no formal communication from MTN! furthermore I kept on asking the saleslady if everything would stay the same and she replied yes... Is this the way we are going the same as the rest of Africa... K... k and betaal!!! very frustrating!!!
