Paying For Internet But Can't Use It

I posted a complaint on hello peter on 27 Feb 2013. Until now I am still waiting for a phone call, voice mail, sms or email but nothing. "It just shows me how important the customer really is " If I don't get a response from nashua between today & monday I am going to the financial ombudsman. I am really now
