Since when is a customer turned away when making a CASH payment!
I was informed this morning that all branches owned by Cool Runnings trading as Nashua Moblie, due to a dispute with Head Office were not taking cash payments. This means that there is only one Nashua Mobile branch in Pretoria (Brooklyn) that does.
I will now be charged interest on my account!
There is no visible notification in the Branch in Moreleta Plaza where i spent over 30 minutes waiting for service!
I did request that the owner/Area Manager call me (Yolanda) but to no avail and when called from the branch her phone went to Voice mail!!!
I reported this to Nashua Mobile Customer Services via telephone and E-mail on April 16th 2013, and to date have had no response
Is this the kind of service we can expect from Nashua Mobile and their branches in Pretoria in the future
