I just heard the funniest thing, MTN is a world class service provider.!!! that is HILARIOUS!!!
Because how is it that a "World Class Service Provider" contains soooooo many stupid, uneducated people that cannot understand a simple request. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Not migrate it, not put it on hold, CANCEL IT!!! I blame the CEO, well who else do you blame when everyone else is too stupid to think.
This is the FOURTH hello peter complaint I am logging about the same thing. This is absolutely unbelievable.
First complaint was answered, then forgotten.
Second complaint was answered and someone took the ball of over-chewed gum out of their nostrils, and actually took the money to settle the account, but forgot to cancel the account - chewing gum obviously reinserted in the wrong place again.
Third complaint was answered and I was told that my account was migrated to a Pay-as-you-go. Um... can someone please, please, please... point out to me where it says that "CANCEL THE ACCOUNT" means "MIGRATE TO PAY-AS-YOU-GO"??!?!?!?!?
I live in AUSTRALIA, CANCEL the account IMMEDIATELY!!! CANCEL, TERMINATE, let me put it in a way an invalid can understand, MAKE IT DEAD NOW!!!
