I am sick and tired of paying premium cost with MTN whom has absolute no regard for their customers.
There service is definitely not premium; So I am truly battling to understand why I should be paying premium?
MTN has pulled the wool over my eyes. a Contract where I get R300 worth of airtime, and if I don't use it I lose it. I spent 3 weekends in South Africa last year. I lost all of the airtime. It feels like they from me, and no surprise, they don't care?
I am tired of fighting and arguing with them. Requesting that notifications be put in place yet it NEVER happens. Second time, I had to phone to resolve an issue they created. I spend a lot of money a month on them and this is what I get? This is a JOKE. Pathetic is a strong word to use, yet sadly it is true.
Your own doing is forcing me to move to Cell C or Vodacom.
