I do not know if this will get Cell C to sort out my technical issue as I have been struggling to get them to sort it out from May 2012! dropped calls, no data services EVERY DAY!!! and I pay on time but of last month February 2013 i didnt pay as i was so frustrated with Cell C ignoring me. Yes, i know legally it is not acceptable but so is Cell C's disgusting data service that i currently subscribe to. They are obliged by law; i would think; to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service towards me too!!!
I had completed Technical forms on 14 Feb 2013; no change in data service; actually worse :-(
As I write this i do not have data coverage and this is the message that i continuously get on my mobile "Currently unable to download. Please try again later"
I need to contact Consumer Affairs and find out how a consumer wins a battle of this nature!!
