Ignorant workers

A port that I requested has taken five weeks, initially some lady called Bessie was handling the porting of the number than she went on leave without handing her duties to her co-workers, waited and waited until I called turns out she just went on leave and left my issue unattended now their so called manager ridicules me by saying the number got stuck in some NT system and they couldn't see it so they couldn't do nothing, it's funny that they requested the number from MTN and MTN delivered now 8ta on the other hand has incompetent and very rude call center stuff and very inefficient systems. Clear these contracts I have with 8ta will cause me a massive headache for the rest of their duration. Should you read this and you interested in getting 8ta products or services think twice
