Overcharged by the supplier and bad service

Here is a copy of a recent self explainatory letter i sent to mtn

I am raising a deepest dissatisfaction with regard to my contract with you guys and the response I am getting from you guys.

Mtn is owing me lots of money and punishing me for their mistakes, I upgraded from my previous contract to a new one, and you have been over billing me like crazy but now you can tell me that you got a law to only go for a past six months of my records, so I loose my money for your mistakes that I have been raising from the beginning... did I just donated my hard earned money?

I wish this matter can be escalated to a higher level, or should I resort to other legal advise?
