I registered to be a member of Yambu legal in February 2013 and i have not received any policy documents whatsoever, i tried several times to call the call centre but the phone was either hung up on me or not answered i the sent an email to cancel the policy in March, never got a respond but not in May they have the nerve to debit my account for what. Cancel means cancel not cancel and debit.
You have a legal team there but the way you handling the accounts says another story.
All i want is for you not to debit my account.
