We have been in our new house for about a year now and as per normal we have reported various snags of which most have been repaired.
One of the showers have been a problem right from the start. It keeps leaking with the result that the tiles are always damp.
Lately they have been here 4 times to repair it. They replaced the white silicone with grey silicone.
Some tiles have been replaced in the on-suite bathroom and the light grey grouting was replaced with a much darker grey grouting, it looks as if the grouting is constantly wet now.
I have complaint again and arranged a time for it to be fixed, they only fixed the silicone in the shower and replaced the grey with white but left the dark grouting as it was.
