I gave my BlackBerry in on the 25 of February 2013 for a quote and repair. They told me that it won't take longer than 2 to 4 weeks. I had to phone them last week to find out what is going on, they could not give me an answer.
They phoned me today (20 March) to say that they will look at the phone and then only send me a quote! What kind of service is this?? I am not a happy client! I have been with them for so many years! I think that I am going to close my account and rather go to Vodacom! Nashua is pathetic!!!
