Service so bad it's impossible to cansel

This service is an absolute joke. My monthly debit order has not been going through dew to Cell C having the wrong branch code (it's an ABSA account which means all ABSA account have the same branch code, how in the world do you mess that up? Seriously?!?). I have checked the forms that I completed and I did give the correct billing information to Cell C Brooklyn when signing the contract. In the last 3 months I have not received a phone call from Cell C that there is a problem with my billing. My data contract was just cut off. Is that how you treat customers??? You really make me seem like a criminal and its giving me a bad credit rating! It seems like you guys can't keep your end of the bargain so I'm forced to cancel this contract.

So this is the second month that my service is still cut and the bill just seem to climb even after making a EFT payment with the correct reference number. I just received my monthly e-statement with the new amount. I have been to Brooklyn branch 3 times to try and cancel my service. After the third time in a week I was given a cancellation form (only then???). When phoning customer service you receive wrongfull information or transferred around.
