Upgrade phone no sim card customers problem

1 /03/2013 received my upgrade phone Lumia 510 - only to get home to realise it automatically goes on the internet, complained several times, and treated with such disrecpect from the call centre agents, rude and cluseless . truman and joe were just one of them rude and shouting in my ear as if i am stupid enough to have went on the internet and did not log off, i mean come on i am very much computer litrate. Catherine finally assisted in fetching the phone and sorting the problem . i was promised a phon ethe very next daty from my consultant Stanton, but due to the delay was given R500 compensation - thursday 14/03/2013 he said i will have a new phone friday morning together with a sim card, well the guy books off sick friday morning, was assisted by bheki and very understanding Michael who went all out to help, only recieved my phone friday afternoon, what do you know no sim card - monday morning i was told theres was a back log its not stanton problem because all of a sudden does not deal with it - the attitude as if its my problem for the software issues caused - it will be over a week i have been sittinbg without a phone and desperately need to do internet banking
