Good day. Since last year I had internet connection problems, I did phone it in and never received a call back. On the 4th of March this year I logged a complaint again waited 2 weeks for response to hear if our connections been sorted. My husband told them NO! Well its getting worse but I must still pay my accounts and my megs only gets waisted. Who can I keep responsible for my accounts because I keep on paying for a service that I can't use and they NEVER EVER gets back to us! At this rate I will start rethinking my service provider since our next upgrades are due now!
