BAD CONNECTIONS OR NO SERVICE

For the past three weeks, we have continuously had bad connections, call failed, no internet etc, etc. etc. Cannot finish a telephone conversation without being cut off. It is as EXPENSIVE Service and they have a cheek to charge so much for calls that the line is so bad you cannot hear.
