I have 3 cellphones through Cell C as well as Whoosh internet connection. Over the past few weeks the connection to the internet is either non existent or ridiculously slow. My wife has phoned the call centre several times over the last few weeks and is told they are having problems with connections and it will soon be sorted out. So far nothing. We have both been battling with bbm's over the past few weeks as well as whatsapp and are also told the same thing. My wife has always received her emails on her blackberry but over the past week they have also stopped coming. It is more than frustrating because we are paying for a service that we are not getting. This needs to be sorted out immediately otherwise we will be forced to change to another service provider who can possibly give us service because at the moment all that is happening is that it is so frustrating.
