I took a new contract on 21.06.13 with Cell C and have been trying to get hold of them to enquire where my phone is. I have been cut off every time I phoned and thus far the Cell C consultants I have talked to before I got cut off said that they can't see where the hold up is. I left Vodacom to go to Cell C and I must say that I am not impressed with the service at all so far! If Cell C is too busy they should not invite new customers to join their network if they cannot handle the load!
