I applied for a new contract- extension to my current contract with 8ta (the 10gb for R200). I was intended for my mother (a pensioner) to use. The contract was completed on 24 March 2013. We were promised feedback on the next day- we had heard nothing and after numerous phone calls we went back to the 8ta shop on the 4th of April 2013. They had lost the contract- they once again promised to find it and get back to us. Still nothing to this day. On the 20th of April we went to the branch in Vaal Mall to try again and were informed the deal was no longer running and you now had to buy a modem with the deal. I contacted customer care in store and was promised prompt feedback- STILL NOTHING TO DATE.. I am trying to get internet access for my mother and cannot afford to make multiple trips to the Vaal and back.
