I wrote a report regarding my iphone 4s and the supposed water damage when in fact it was a battery leakage and MTN said they would get back to me. I still haven't received a call, sms or email and quite frankly I am getting agitated. I am even considering taking MTN to a claims court.
I am so disappointed in MTN.
